in all seriousness, the books camman showed ( vietnam's censorship ) was just political rights activists getting jailed, with the vietnamese media targeting dissident bloggers. Mexico's censorship is way worse, the library has said even though Mexico isn't even at war ( or a big one if you count the current instability in mexico ), it's one of the most deadliest countries for journalists, yes, even surpassed syria. After 2006, there have been reports of murder / disappearances of journalists, as well as systematic impunity for some of the crimes. TLDR : Mexico had killed over 12 journalists fighting for press freedom, and will continue over the next years.

It's not banned because it has illegal government secrets, it's banned in those countries as journalists don't have freedom of speech, people, in general, don't. They aren't government secrets, they're just censored books or journals from people that exposed a dictatorship in their country, for example, in the section of Chile books, you can find journals or books from the military dictatorship of 1973, of people that we're famous for being strongly against it and then just executed.

The books don't contain anything that you couldnt find out if you wanted to (Provided you didn't live in Russia, China, Mexico or any place where there is alot of governenment censorship) The library contains banned literature and journalism that is banned in certain countries for exposing corruption and what not... or just shit talking the leadership.

Hey, I'm from Vietnam, on of the countries in the map, and it's not government secrets. It's just articles that our government banned. And accessing the info from Vietnam isn't hard. I literally just went onto their website. And for the content, it's an article written by a journalist who got exiled to Germany. It's nothing new, he just wrote down what everyone thinks but are too afraid to say. It's still unjust what my government did but it's more of an open secret.

This library was put into a bad light, by him. It was created by reporters, for illegal articles or banned articles over countries and not real government secrets. It is speculation about some maybe all of the "secrets", because these articles, as i said were banned or hidden from public.
