This Mod Makes Shivs Even MORE Insane!!

Hello, thanks for playing my mod! Some notes: Quickwitted says "at the start of your turn" because I created a relic that also uses that power, where that wording is necessary. However, I moved that relic out of Subterfuge and into another mod I am currently working on. Sorry for the confusion. Vaporize - when I first made this effect, it wasn't just "do poison damage, then go away," it was "do the full amount of damage this poison would have done over the entire duration, then go away." I nerfed it since it was insanely broken, but I didn't think it through the whole way at the time. I've since changed it to: "do 2x poison damage, then go away," so it's like Catalyst+Poison Dagger now. I've fixed the following bugs: Stacks of Weak/Vulnerable applied by Subterfuge didn't properly decrease the end of the round, Subterfuge+Wraith Form interaction where player still lost Dex even after removing the debuff, Amalgamated Shiv+Accuracy interaction where AmalShiv wasn't created with proper damage, Makeshivt Shield+ card description said "Shivs" instead of "Twisted Shivs" Shameless self-plug: play the Kill la Kill mod too lol

I've seen alot of mods add more shivs to the game. This is the first that makes unique shivs. And that's pog. Id love to see more of this type of thing. Example. class specific shiv that can only be gotten when you have prismatic shard seeing how people love making frost take that relic XD

Thanks for the awesome mod, I thought whilst watching that Vaporise was so that you could get relic benefit such as gremlin horn mid combat which is lost between turns! Cool idea though, un-nerfed is insane

Andrew Crimson, erase time! I erased just 0.5 seconds of time. The entire video within that interval is erased. And only the result after those 0.5 seconds remains. Only the result of you being SHIVED remains. I erased the entire process.

Remove poision and deal the damage it was at would help with cards that do something when you kill something with it. Like you have the card in hand, and if the poision damage was dealt then you could dont know, get 50 gold for killing the thing, but you have this card, you deal the damage without ending your turn and kill the enemy with the finisher you need

My bet is that accuracy is hard codded to make shivs be 4+acc value instead of reading the damage of the shiv and adding the accuracy value. So you create the shiv+ that deals like 40 damage and accuracy goes "nice shiv+ fam, here, made it deal 14 for you"

I just downloaded the mod to test it, and it seems to be that. Did a custom start with just amalgamation, accuracy and a ninja scroll, played amalgamation, shiv said it dealt 14 damage, played accuracy, shiv said it dealt 10 damage

That's an interesting guess, but he had the wristblade relic and it was working so I don't think it was that.

​@@AwesomeOddball well it still could be that, cuz accuracy only works on shiv, while wristblade works on any 0 cost atta k so they could be coded in different ways, with the accuracy simy replacing the shiv damage while the wristblade is actually adding damage

@@AwesomeOddball but wirstblade is applied last. The order of actions there would be. 1 creation of the shiv and asigning value 2 accuracy modifying shiv damage (problem, overwritting) 3 wristblade adding to the damage of 0 cost attacks
