That sounds like some shit that would happen to me 😂 I’ve been on dates before and realized “hey maybe we shouldn’t have picked this movie” 😂

Oh dear God. I have been married for 18 years, good deal I avoided that trap. Edit: this is my favorite movie.

This movie is absolutely phenomenal. Jake and Hugh both where robbed of Oscars.
@theoneandonlykk867 ай бұрын
The Academy seems to hate them for some reason. The fact that neither of them have ever won an Oscar and they both were nominated only for one film (Brokeback Mountain / Les Miserables) is absolutely insane. Gyllenhaal not even being nominated for Nightcrawler is still the worst decision the Academy has ever made, in my opinion. One of the top 5 acting performances I have seen in my life.

@@theoneandonlykk86 completely agree. I love Nightcrawler too. He's great in everything he is in.

This movie is mentally exhausting. It's incredible but it's just a tough, tough watch. All these things that seem possibly, ever so slightly linked are introduced and by the end they're all very clearly and directly connected. And the ambiguous ending with regards to Keller being found doesn't allow you to fully relax when it's over.

It's hard because he has so many amazing films, but this is in my top 5 Denis Villeneuve films.

Denis is incredibly talented and Bladerunner 2049 is one of my favourite films of all time

This was such a hard watch not the movie itself as it's actors that are doing a fine job of telling the story but it is the emotion that you had that brought me to tears seeing you pour you heart out really affected me and even though I am a man and not meant to cry I am freely admitting that this brought real tears . This is why your reactions are so special and beautiful . Thank you so much for just being yourself Jade

I have a daughter about your age (and a son a couple of years older). As a parent . as a father, there is no limit to what I. wouldn't do to protect my children. ...Hollywood wouldn't be allowed to film it. 😡

Keller kept his faith but it did turn him into a monster. So in a way Holly did succeed. The others who lost their children prior probably broke as well. I can’t imagine recovering from losing a child to abduction

Vigilantism is quite dangerous because they are not privy to all the information. Tortured a damaged individual. Tough spot to be in. Kids were found so i guess from that perspective, it was worth any time incarcertated.

Wow, Hugh Jackman is just extraordinary in this movie! Plus, I was right with you concerning the guy strangling his dog. I don't think you normally see deliberate animal abuse in a movie, but it's the one thing I absolutely cannot handle. I've been rehabilitating abused and neglected dogs for years and it's just disgusting what people will do, so even seeing a fake version of it in a movie really gets to me. OK then, take care Jade and have a great weekend. Cheers!

Watching a movie reaction to decide if you want to watch the full movie never made sense to me.
@elijahfoster23 ай бұрын
You haven’t seen the movie? I only watch reactions of movies I’ve already seen. Otherwise it won’t make sense and it spoils it
@lockekappa5003 ай бұрын
To clarify he didnt kill the animal, just was reckless and sadistic with it. (Or unaware that what he was doing was actually causing pain) And yes, that scene is put there to pit you up against Alex, and make you complicate with Hugh Jackman's character.
