this looks more like promotion rather than mentioning facts. 20 cr / 365 days = 5.47 lacs per day . 48 customers a day is maximum, which you get only on weekends and special occasions. Most weekends would see less than 20% occupancy. so no way this restaurant can get 5.5 lacs per day . this model would likely generate revenue of around 3-4 cr max. And if you remove all cost of hiring special chefs and maintainance and other things, you will be left with hardly 5% profit, which is not a lot. This is the reason you dont see many speciality restaurants. rather there are restaurants that have few items as speciality menu.

Are you nuts ? Monday its closed. So total no of days is 313 and not 365. Most of the customers will only go for fine dine and that will be of sales around 7.5 cr and everything that is shown on menu then too it will be around 16. So if you just take and average it will be around 10cr. And that is pretty normal i guess for a porche area restaurant which only serves rich class!!!
