07:30. Mohak mixed Anandpur Sahib and Chamkaur Sahib. Anandpur sahib was surrounded by Mughals and other Hindu Hill kings for 7 months, forcing Guru Gobind ji to leave it due to lack of food. Mughals sworned on Quran and Hindu Kings sworned on Gau Mata(Holy Cow) that they will not attack Guru ji after leaving Anandpur but they broke the promise. Guru Ji's family was separated in 3 parts (read 1704 December Sikh history) and Guru Ji's elder 2 sons martyred in Chamkaur Sahib (famous battle 10 lakh vs 40 Sikhs). It was here when Guru Govind Singh ji was ordered by Panj Pyare to leave Chamkaur Sahib but Guru ji clapped 3 times and announced that he was going. Guru Ji's younger 2 sons were bricked alive in Sirhind Punjab. Guru ji's mother also left for heaven here.

Thanks to bring up this topic in detail, but few important details were missed or misinterpreted, like: 1. Guru Granth Sahib is the eternal guru in Sikhism and was termed Guru by the Guru Gobind Singh, not a decision taken by normal sikhs! 2. Baba Banda Singh Bahadur ruled Punjab for 7-8 years before he was executed 3. Missed the great healthcare, education and military policies and harmony between all religions in Sikh Empire and maharaja Ranjit Singh being termed as best Ruler by multiple magazines. 4. Skipped the part where misls had won Delhi multiple times and also where Sikh misls fought with Abdali and the 2 massacres 5. The infighting started after death of Maharaja Ranjit Singh was fuelled by Dogras and Kuwar Nau Nihal Singh and his unborn kid was also killed by Dogras

The Death of Prince NauNihal Singh was the most unfortunate event ,that kind of initiated the collapse of Sikh Empire. NauNihal Singh was seen as the most Efficient & Deserving Successor for Maharaja Ranjit Singh's legacy. He could have been very powerful Ruler ,if he had survived for long. His survival could have led to complete upside down change in history of North India. It could have led to possibility of British never capturing panjab.

Well , indian kings were directly responsible and upper caste aristocrats were indirectly responsible for British rule in India . Sikhs were among the warrior classess in India and all of them have always served in the intrest of British empire . There is nothing called any contribution of any religion, caste or state in it . People just fight work for themselves and their family. Money was the main motive in india . I dont think anyone would fight against British empire it they were provided with the dominain statues of india kings. Monarchy was itself a bruatal regime in every country

Mohak Mangal's storytelling and visuals really bring to life the achievements and struggles of the Sikh rulers.
