Go to the bank and try to borrow money with that house! That is when you will know the real value and worth of the house. That house is not worth more than 10million naira that is even if the bank gives you 10m. Bank may say it is worthless. If this was in Ikoyi or Maita asokoro or guzape, absolutely, it is worth 10 billion naira.
