This new Fallout 76 PTS 45 Update is AWESOME for new and experienced players (Some might return!)

PTS 45 is upon us. I must say the latest Fallout 76 update is awesome for new and experienced players. There seems to be something for just about everyone. I am still learning some of the changes, but this is part one.
Fallout 76 is starting to try and push for new players and experienced to rejoin. Is it finally time for people to rejoin?

Xbox is definitely running at 60fps 4K too.

Pennington at the vault exit always gave you the first overseer holotape. He no longer has the tape or the dialogue. The overseer caches and other tapes remain so I'm curious where that tape has been moved to or if the quest to give her all 18 tapes is not completable now.

@edwardrichtofen4300 it was funny I was thinking about this after I uploaded and then checked and was like ooooh nooooo (the mistakes I make in my videos can be so noobish its unreal) I think without telling us what they have changed we are making stuff up in our head.

@@AKP_Gaming I thought they changed the intro. Swore it. Till I compared and they're the same. I think we wanted to see more changes so that's what we saw lol.
