@@Tailionis you only hear from FFXIV influencers, the others don't have a voice loud enough for you to hear that they got banned. If you are making it super obvious that you are modding. And SE can easily see it. It only needs one report that shows the evidence and you got your ban.

Is it really that big of a deal? I don't personally use mods, but even the Mosaic contest from a while back had a very blatant modded hair Au'ra in it. (For those unaware, you have to link your name and all of your information when entering contests so they know where/who to send prizes to.)

At least they changed casual content to auto hidden, because the stalker kuns dream was this tool. I hope SE does something about it because its very concerning.

This page makes me think of WoW Armory, where WoW Armory shows your prog for raids, but its not as detailed as showing health%, just what number boss you're on for a raid. Also, IIRC, nobody relied on WoW Armory for progression numbers like that and more wanted to look at peoples gear, achievements and PvP stuff. This is WoWarmory but customizable and I'm here for it.

i don't think i'd use modded images of my character on here. Like fflogs has your character name yeah, but just because logs are there, it doesn't inherently mean YOU uploaded it. This would be images only you can upload, directly tied to your character name and a link to your lodestone page... idk i'm just always very cautious about keeping modded images away from my characters and their names. 👍 What i would like to see is maybe a page to show your house and apartment/fc chambers kinda like housingsnap!☺

You don’t have to use modded or third party tool pics but I’ve seen some people use them which is what I said in the vid but I use in game photos and I’ve seen others have artwork of their characters. As long as it’s ff14 related it can go up for your picture but it’s up to you what you put

My only concern with it is the progression markers, you aren't showing anything progressing at the moment on the top but it'll say exactly where you are in a fight and could breed some toxicity imo. imagine you're a playstation player and you make it to phase 5 of DSR, if no one uploads the log it may say you're on phase 3 or something and you could get kicked from parties because they think you're lying about your prog point.

While your concern is valid, the chance that not a single person in an ult PF group is logging is so low that it is a non issue tbh. If you want, you can also make it so it only show IF you have cleared, and remove the progressing part (for example, 35% p6)

@@chaous2000 Oh thats a fair point, while it would be rare but a full party of console players isn't impossible and not every player will be using this site. Its just a concern even though it would be exceptionally rare it would just suck for someone if it did happen.

Agreed with @chaous2000. There's a very low chance that nobody in the party is logging in ultimates. This is a feature that's very much needed though. I can vouch for PF in DSR right now is utter chaos cause the amount of prog liars. From what I've seen, people aren't immediately using tomestone as a gatekeeping tool. It's when you notice repeat offenders of prog lying that it starts being more used. In the higher up ultimates, it's easy to tell who doesn't know what they're doing. They can't just fake it till they make it like you can in the earlier ones like UWU and TEA because of how many 8 person checks there are, but I can tell you for sure that they try and join late prog parties anyway in hopes of catching some prog at the expense of other people trying to actually put in the work and prog.

well it doesn't seem to be up to date with the character. i just changed to lalafell on saturday (4 days ago), the pictures show me as lala but the description says miqo'te lmao. my gear is not updated at all? i'm at 660 gear for all my tanks and healers for weeks now but some of them still have 650 on the site. also not sure what the point of the item database is since it doesn't tell you where you get it or what use it has. it's a nice idea to build this website but it definitely needs some work done.

The site is not ok bc I chose to be private on fflogs. It doesn't matter if I'm good or bad (I'm not bad). I heard it's made by the same people. If I say I want to be private, then this should be respected. I have massive anxiety. Like big time suicidal ideation anxiety. Being private has Massively Improved my mental health, and then they go and make this site IGNORING privacy Sure it helped confirm my TOP progress, but its still not ok.

When I tried to upload a samurai pic doing the vpose, one angle of it wouldn’t be accepted to be uploaded cause it said it was too violent. I think they have a system that recognizes bad pics that cross the line even if it’s 100% from the game like I just found out

I'm sorry but I'm not on board with that site it's unnecessary that I decided to exclude myself from it as if fflogs wasnt enough which is the only one needed honestly if anything. It also enables for stalking and its dumb how its opt out instead of opt in. There's enough dumb drama from idiots misusing tools. You let every idiot have a tool and they instantly misuse it and misinterpret data, a tale as old as the game is, which is why I understand SE's stance on these sites. It feels like one of those things that will become a thing of the past as stuff like anticheat becomes commonplace in future MMOs so enjoy this sort of info while it lasts until the next generation of MMOs.

The fact that it shows the prog point is the best feature alone. I got walled super hard in pf on P6 when progging DSR. So many prog liars. People that haven't even gotten through P5 or P3 trying to join P6 enrage parties in hopes of getting carried further. I only started using it when I had repeat offenders. I was able to blacklist them so they couldn't join anymore. Top tier feature.
