Really, any half decent graphics card should have no problem with distant horizons if you're willing to give up shaders. I have a last gen mid-tier card, and with some graphics optimization mods I'm getting 170 fps at 128 chunks distant horizon (16 chunks normal render distance), which is plenty. Even a minimal shader like VanillAA keeps me at 150 fps. It's worth noting that being up in the air is the worst case here since you can clearly see the terrain far away. From the ground, or near it, it looks much better even at lower distances.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600g GPU: RTX 3060 16 GB RAM Keep in mind I'm recording, and even with a lower end pc you can lower the shader settings
