yeah you can, as well as changing the shadow intensity and ambient occlusions, pigeon mentioned he was using a lens filter on this video, you can check out some gameplay videos of the map on my channel to see how it looks visually without anything applied to it :)

I really hope they change the way turning works in this game. The fact you can land a massive gap and immediately swerve to dodge something as you land is so unrealistic and silly 😂

I don't know why Teranom decided to make every NPC angry and cursing at you. It would be nice to have someone praise me for doing a cool trick! The whole map has this blue hue too. Not a fan

lol there are some nice ones too but I just thought it was funny to have angry ones for the stereotype that skaters often get hated and kicked out when they street skate, as for the hue you can completely change it with the sun light temperature slider in the custom menu, cheers
