"Face the music" could be her finally returning to her powers that she tried to maybe forget about after all this time. In the gameplay I saw Max wasn't telling Safi about her past so now she needs to face it to solve the murder mystery

Yeah not months, that just rolled off the tongue. But I believe she was there at least 2,3,4 weeks before the game started

Alex, something you imply when you talk about Kate that I want to point out - we don't know FOR SURE that if you saved Kate and then Chloe at the end that Kate dies again in the storm. In fact, I've seen a tweet from a developer of the first game that said if you managed to save Kate and then chose Chloe, they always felt like the storm would've missed the hospital where Kate was and Kate survived. Obviously, we've heard nothing specific about Kate's fate in the 'Bae' timeline since the first game, but personally, I'm hoping something might be said in tee new game. I know in the grand scheme of the story Kate was just a side character, but her arc was one of the more impactful, and she certainly was important to Max, so I hope she is mentioned somewhere in the game. And STOP bringing up the Max dying possibility, it's like Beetlejuice, say it too many times...

It might be possible that Hannah is also voicing Chloe? Would explain the similarities. As to the end of the trailer I think it's more Max is choosing to face her trauma instead of run from it.

O that is definitely possible, it's just they've worked with Ashly before with the Farewell episode and Rhianna with before the storm I'd imagine they go that way. And ahhh that is a very good way of looking at that line, great thoughts!!

For me I definitely think that the trailer is continuing the usual for trailers in being "Bay over Bae" and they're keeping "Bae over Bay" under wraps, cause everything in the new trailer fits with Bay ending. Namely that the game truly is going to have a base set to one of those and revolve around them with similar but different scenarios in regards to Chloe & Arcadia Bay. Also I doubt the "falling in love with the wrong person" or whatnot is towards Chloe cause that'd be Decknine actively taking shots at DontNod's canon as well as going against a sizable portion of player's choice. I actually get hype from the butterfly, because its more of the Bay ending; however if there's that there then Bae ending would naturally have Chloe confirmed in some capacity. Interestingly it could be in a similar vein as Before the Storm only Max's version. Where 95% of it is about Max's journey, while there's a last bit that goes for Chloe. Personally I'd want that to be spread across texts with her and then her arriving in the ending to be with Max again. Oh and the comics had an interesting take on The Storm in it being a collection of essentially the "scars" Max created with her Rewinding things. I don't think DE will go that route, but with the talk about trauma and the past they could.

I think the phrase “it’s time to face the music” is referring to the timeline where Max chose Chloe rather than choosing the town. Just my opinion but choosing Chloe to me was always the worse choice in the trolly problem. If the entire town dies maybe Max will have to face a reckoning for her ultimate deadly decision.

I said, at the bottom of the sentence where you must have forgotten how to read, is to the vid of the new California ruling, the video is pro corporation as the person on this channel, doesn’t seem to understand that he is anti-consumer as he thinks that the ruling for not owning digital goods is a good thing, or at least they will have to let you know that you own nothing. As the person you hearted stated, I am a nobody, just a disabled person fighting for the rights of the disabled to own my digital goods. If you have no argument, just say so, I’m trying to have your money mean something, but if your pro corporation, then fine, but the whole point I thought, was to have a discussion on gaming topics.
