@@DownSouth_Adventures , it gives me hope if I see you enjoying a walk after suth a short period. I can't even walk 500m without stretching my back to release the nerves a bit. They are pinched on a Hernia, where the disc is also gone. L2/L3/L4 there is stenosis. So also no room left for the nerves
