@@K45U I think he is pretty smart in that. Since people like long, unedited videos, so he just streams and posts those with minimal to no editing at all. His own fandom has gotten pretty used to it as well, so I guess that's a plus.

i kinda wish (if it's not already in the game) there'd be picture anomalies that can kill you. Like a picture changes to a monster and that monster slowly crawls out of the frame and if it does, it's game over. maybe it'd be more of a presence, but i think that'd be really freaky and cool.

Insym thinking that helmets being worn to protect against cars hitting you wasn't something I was expecting to learn today. I thought it was common knowledge that they existed to help avoid brain damage from normal falls or accidents.

@@Insym It’s not meant for falling a ton. One bad fall is all it takes to suffer brain damage. Heck, falling off anything can result in brain damage if someone’s unlucky enough. The reason for wearing one on a bike is that the chance is higher. It’s not really about being bad either. Pro cyclists wear them for that reason to. I made this comment because I was just surprised that you had that impression. It wasn’t an actual dig at you, just genuine surprise.

52:20 OD6 was especially disappointing since it followed OD5, which I think is the best in the series. It really nailed the balance between big scare anomalies and subtle change anomalies. I hope the dev returns to everything that made OD5 so good.

Where I live in the US, it's actually pretty difficult to find a bike that isn't made to look like a mountain bike, even if it completely lacks the elements that makes it a mountain bike, such as shock absorbers. They're so hard on our backs in the cities because of the seat and handlebars being in places that makes you sit unnaturally and uncomfortably. Buying a proper city bike is much more comfortable for daily use, but they're also very expensive, nobody buys them unless we have room to keep them in the apartment or garage, because the first person who sees it outside anywhere, will come back with the tools to ruin the lock so that they can sell it. "Mountain bikes" are being sold similarly to pick-up trucks in the US, as in, not so much for the function, but the person riding it wants to look cool and badass.

In the middle of watching the video, I thought about ways that observation duty could improve the horror aspect and thought of just that. If they were to add a minimum amount of horror aspects a run and other categories, they could make certain anomalys go into those specified categories.

I disagree with your take on the Small Anomalies not being that important in Observation Duty style games . From my view , it's a very hard balance to strike . You need to have a fair amount of small anomalys so that u feel like ur going through the motions , until suddenly ur being stared at by a giant man . Without the monotony of the small anomalies the creepy ones would lose their scary factor . I do think this game has struck a very good balance between them actually , and making the "small" anomalies big enough that u can tell without being frustrated - like how u can hear some anomalies from different cameras , or pretty evident big cups or thrown items in the middle of the room , then suddenly ur being stared at by a manequin . Also an issue i have with this style of game as well is that the definitions of the "changes" differ from developer to developer , and it's hard to be clear enough what a the difference between an "intruder" and a "presence" is usually ( i think the Mendela catalogue inspired game had this issue plenty) without making the game way too easy by just saying : anomaly in room 1 , however this game does it rather well usually ! So yea props to the devs of this game , one of the best games in this genre atm . Sorry for the rant , and i said anomaly way too much xD .
