Hey there Mr. Angry Cops, do you know any trust worthy plumbers/ HVAC guys in Aroostook County Maine? I just found out the 1bedroom 'fully remodled" home I bought was probly done by a DIY CRACKHEAD. PLZZZZZZZZZZ, make my crack house your next project. ITS GETTING FUCKING COLD IN HERE!!!! BTW perhaps you and I could hang out and go look for some sovereign citizens pepper spray, and then afterward we could drvie down the beach and hold hands as we skip along the beach. (NO HOMO BRO) I just think it would be nice end of day Pepper spraying dirty hippies. -Patriotically yours Peter- Btw Im serious about my home. :D P.S- I love you man

I don't know if this is some kind of inside joke or not, but over the stove I believe is the absolute best place to put a microwave. It has a light on the bottom for added light when cooking, vents on the bottom to suck steam and vapors away from the cooking area, your microwaves hanging from the cabinets instead of taking up space on the countertop or in the pantry

That ceiling at the foot of the stairs is really something you'll want to keep top of mind. Spray foam is typically closed-cell. It's what you imagine it is--the little bubbles that make foam foam are closed as opposed to being open to adjacent bubbles. That permanently trapped air is what makes it act as good insulation and not wick moisture.

@MrGhosthacked facts man. Tankless does everything that the tank does and takes up less space. People always say "well if the power goes out - I can still take a warm bath." Angry Pops is correct about the tankless water heater in many respects. They require a monthly maintenance instead of a yearly maintenance with the tanked ones. When you got emotional when the shower water came on it reminded me of Tom Hanks from Money Pit! ❤

Those stairs can’t be as bad as the time I was at my ex Gf’s house. Banged my head on the ceiling, slipped down the stairs, and ripped my jeans on the handrail 😂😂😂 I’m happy for you and your progress AC

9:11 I had sympathy pains in my forehead just hearing that. My parents' house has a stairwell like that, and when I was about 14 or 15, I was running down the stairs and smacked my forehead _right_ into it. The sound echoed through the house, and my parents _immediately_ knew what had happened. 😅 I just stood there, waiting for my brain to finish restarting.
