Great to have a heated garage in Massachusetts (or any garage in Mass), but one thing the next/current owners have to worry about now is, rust on their rides. If the garage is heated and a snow/ice packed car with salted roads is put in that garage, the snow/ice with salt in it melts....and turns to corroding water. As opposed to leaving the vehicles outside and the snow/ice/salt still frozen until a warmer day when you get the vehicle washed. Just saying....and I've kept cars from rusting in New England, without a garage.

No chance a single glaze window is close to dual glaze low e argon. Shes not adding that the single glaze needs a storm over it to get similar U values.

How does a couple that young afford a half-a-gazillion dollar house remodel/expansion?
@brushmasterspaintingfranchise9 ай бұрын
Providing value to the market place. That’s the only way to earn revenue. So they’re doing something that creates value to someone willing to pay for it. Whether their parents were wealthy or not, they can’t just sit around and make money. Value has to be produced. Most wealthy people come from humble backgrounds, and had to pull themselves out of extreme, poverty situations

Norboard trim finishes. Nice. The look on his face told me when he said" time will tell" to much time already in the trade made him a time traveler. He had no choice but to install it already knowing it would fail. He had to help the house fade that day. Some jobs you drive away from and never look back when you are done. It cost you your protective posture for ease of mind. Experience compromised hurts .

What no drain in the garage floor?
@michiganlax12389 ай бұрын
I’ve worked with that material when it first came out and our trim supplier wanted us to give it a shot and it’s awesome. Sands up just like wood and doesn’t gum up the saw like pvc or boral does. Only downfall I’ve heard so far is mice live to eat it but I haven’t had those issues

Restoring old windows/doors for the look or just because you want to, fine. But don’t try and convince me that they are just as energy efficient. You have had dozens of shows in the past extolling the virtues of new, energy efficient “new technology” windows and doors”. You guys are starting to be a joke.
