Picked one of these up a couple of days ago (750€) and now I'm getting recommended every review video. Ended up going going with this model mainly because of how it handles text, the QD-OLED pixel layout and Philips' sharpness filter basically fix color fringing right out of the box when looking at it from a normal usage distance. It's the same panel as many other monitors with its known upsides and downsides, but I have mine placed in a dark corner where I only need 33 brightness so I'm getting really good blacks and hopefully burn-in shouldn't be much of an issue.

1st - 450cd is merely not enugh brightness for true HDR. It's required at least 1000 nits. 2. 1 billion colors will not pop out with such a low brightness. It is required to have a certain level of peak brightness to display all billion colors, and this value is 1000nits 3. Therefore, you are not experiencing a true HDR but rather it's parody. HDR is insufficient on such monitors, and now I'm talking not about this particular monitor but for all OLED monitors with low brightness. 4. If you put mini-led with peak brightness of 1400nit side by side with OLED and display on both HDR content you'll notice the difference immediately in a favor to mini-led. 4. That's a simple stuff to google, don't be fooled with OLED marketing.
