How do you know this? - how do you know that you're not just indulging in wishful thinking that this is the case, and closing your minds to the possibility that this is not the case until you have convinced yourself that this is the only possibility. Just making a bold claim for which you have no good evidence won't do.

@@sammyquinn1 I "KNOW" so. If you do not have a relationship with God, then you will never know the true meaning of "knowing" GOD. God Fellowships with man; those that deny him, why would a Truthful and honest God fellowship with a denier? Only when one speaks with Him and does as He says to do will fellowship (The word fellowship is derived from the Greek word koinonia. Koinonia can be defined as “holding something in common” and is specifically used 20 times in the New Testament (e.g. Phil. 2:1-2, Acts 2:42, 1 John 1:6-7). Koinonia describes the unity of the Spirit that comes from Christians’ shared beliefs, convictions, and behaviors. When those shared values are in place, genuine koinonia (biblical fellowship) occurs. This fellowship produces our mutual cooperation in God’s worship, God’s work, and God’s will being done in the world. Because of the importance of Christian fellowship, it is essential to distinguish biblical guidelines to govern our interactions with other professing believers.)

When I was a newborn, I opened my eyes, looked at my hands, and said to myself, "I'm here, now what"? It was my first thought of conscious existence and boredom. Immediately, I was given an answer. I heard, "I promise you a life eternal. This life will decide with me in Heaven or not". I was shocked. There is something more to this world ... than this world. Loved the, "not my dust" at the start. Classic.

Rabbi, I am a Christian but I also have a perspective on good and evil when evil people succeed and some good people suffer. In the end it’s all about his glory. It’s all about his power and it will be again him revealing himself to all to know who he is and how much he loves us. It will be revealed in every thing we do good or evil, everything we do daily has been in a way to add up to the revealing of himself. That he has the power over death and the giver of life. Actually it's nonsense. No atheist has ever claimed that humans can create life out of dust to my knowledge, and would be silly to do so - it's a wildly misrepresentational idea; all that atheists claim is that there is, so far at least, insufficient evidence to believe that a god or gods exist. If anyone is open- minded enough to hear what I and many others consider to be some impressive historical evidence that Abrahamic religions (as well as others ) are based on myths then I would refer them to the posts of Richard Carrier - he's an american ancient historian, so large parts of what he talks about are to do with Christianity, but he also talks about the evolution of Judaism, and occasionally about islam also.

You can take comfort from the fact that if I'm wrong you won't feel any niggling pain thinking or fretting about people like me in your blissfull afterlife, as there is a guarantee of no more death, pain or sorrow; but you could spend it singing in the longest choral concert ever (boredom was not mentioned), or doing whatever faithful Jews or Muslems do in their afterlife. For God so loved the world, he cursed the whole of humanity because one ancestor made a mistake. And then he drowned the entire world and every living thing on it because his own creations acted in accordance with the natures he himself gave them. Not to mention ordering the extermination of entire tribes - including children and babies; that is, when he's not doing it himself. Then he had to send his own son to be tortured to death to forgive himself to save people from his own wrath about them not believing in him. How anyone can read anything of the Old Testment and think God is a god of love beats me.

@@richardgregory3684Richard do you have children, are you a parent? Did you have to discipline them? I have two children, and as they were growing up there were occasions when I had to send them to "time out",and on rare occasions they got a swath on their bottom ( when that happened we knew that the offense had reached an intolerable level- that's when I would say that my children experienced my "wrath") At no time did I not love my children , even in those circumstances, and I know my children knew and felt my love. So does GOD disciplines, and shows rage when His creation steps over the lines; I know that from experience: God intervened in my life when I was a little girl, and I would have "telepathic " conversations with Him on any topic, and He raised me until I was 12 yrs old. He intervened just before my 21st birthday when I could not cope with grief, and last time He intervened in 2012 when I was praying for GOD's mercy for my ...enemy. I know, I had read,or heard people ( must have been catholic bible) say that one should pray for their enemy. WRONG! As I was on my knees praying,God had sent an angel to take me before Him, in the clouds, where He was sitting on the throne ,shouting, angry, raving, asking me what I was doing. I referenced the catholic bible passage, but He angrily sent me back down into my body which was still kneeling. I still pleaded for mercy for my enemy, and God took me up again, and corrected me, angrily wondering how the catholics are making up traditions and falsehoods. To make a long story short, He forgave me, my enemy didn't get the ultimate punishment that he deserved ( so, God showed mercy) Even though He was angry, shouting, pacing, I didn't feel fear, and when the dust settled , sort of speak , I felt His love, and peace.

@@maroschiaffoni6662 @amjPeace; Your claim is completely False !! The Creator, G-d/Almighty, Master of All, does not long, yearn for anything, anyone, any desire has no emotions -> these are bound by the Physical World within The Creation. The Almighty creates humans with the intents, purpose meaning, part of which Manis Freedman explains in this recorded video, thus expects, each, every human to 'choose' to connect, communicate, accept, listen, follow the requirements, obligations, responsibilities, duties. It has been said the mind is not ready to learn until the question is ask. If this is true then curiosity is a must. When the question is ask then the Master will reveal. The process of revealing is associated been called a dance. The Master and the student will dance as the Master pours the answer in to the students then prepared mind. God wants us to dance with him. This is natures way.

Our worthiness can only come through sacrifice. Animal sacrifice was instituted for the purpose of showing Israel that only the shedding of innocent blood can atone for sin. This was not the ultimate solution for sin. Rather it was a foreshadowing of the shedding of Messiah’s innocent blood for the covering of our sin. Thus making us worthy. No other means of atonement is acceptable to God in scripture. Our only hope is accepting this sacrifice as the covering for our own sin; not only as a nation, but as an individual person created by God, for His great purpose.
