Not to mention, if not for that injury against the Spurs, Steph would have never have signed for such a team friendly contract, which allowed the Warriors to retain Klay Thompson and eventually sign KD. Steph's injury might be the most significant NBA moment in the last 15 years.

Steph is THE primary GS butterfly effect....Also, because of his ankles, he decided not to take a risk and signed for a 4yr/44m extension in 2012, which gave GS the cap space to sign KD in the 2016 offseason...

@@terterman8585not really, the reason curry is so good at gsw is because he mixes well with the organization and his teammates there, defender sometimes are confused on who to guard, either klay or steph, which is what makes curry offball movements deadly, so if he did team up with giannis he wouldnt formed into the player he is today, another note is that if curry was in the bucks, it would have caused another butterfly effect in which they dont get middleton

@@Gem_Fanuga You say not really, but I say really, Steph and Giannis would be the perfect combination. We're not gonna pretend that Steph is only great because of the Warriors as an organization, have some respect for one of the game's greats. Also he is a great off ball player or distributor, besides being a great shooter, which complements Giannis perfectly
@Gem_Fanuga
@Gem_Fanuga 7 ай бұрын
@@terterman8585 i aint disrespecting steph, im just saying that he wouldnt develop like what he is now if he wasnt at gsw, plus at the time if the trade happened, both giannis and curry would be rookies and would distrupt each others development which makes them less deadly, since the reason giannis was a dominant force scorer was because they had no players who could score so giannis had time to develop, same applies with curry, he wouldnt develop into a deadly 3 point marksman if the defenders only had one player to defend on the outside

Jxm simply upgraded his content from a sports basketball product to an educational material. If students cannot manage to understand the butterfly effect, this should be demonstrated by a teacher in the classroom instead of the standard lesson served. just a little help: When we interpret the probabilities of influencing a condition we do not combine them with the already existing data. E.g. if MJ went to another team, according to the butterfly effect it would trigger a series of small changes that would lead to much bigger ones until eventually nothing would end up like if the initial differentiation was not there. That means if MJ went to LA where Phil was, he might not be playing with Shaquile and Kobe.

There is one good butterfly effect about Philly and their process, so in season 2005 draft Lakers drafted Andrew Bynum, he came out of high school and was 18, became the youngest starter ever (i think) as the Lakers got better over the years Bynum was also becoming really good as he was the 3rd best player in the championship Lakers squad, and later after all he finally became an All Star at the age of 25 and he was considered the best center in the league behind Dwight, but in 2012 off-season he got traded to Philly in that big Dwight Howard trade package, and he was supposed to be next great Philly star, but he got injured while bowling lol, and he never played a single game for them, and because they traded Andre Iguodala in that Dwight Howard trade, they were bad, and they started their process, where they landed guys like Embiid and Simmons, who they turned into James Harden and also they got Jimmy Butler, cuz they traded Dario Saric who was also part of the process, so if it wasnt for Andrew Bynum injuring himself on the bowling, they would never got Embiid and Harden

This was a GREAT idea for a video since there are so many of these stories that beed to be told in greater detail. Example would be Tim Duncan ALMOST going to Orlando to team up with prime Tracy McGrady and veteran Grant Hill.

Bro I been watching you for the past 4 years almost and I can say this video solidified you my dawg you’ve made videos way more in depth than this but the quality you bring to videos is so immense it’s incredible. Much love my brother great video . Just imagine if we had Mike Kobe and Shaq there goatness would be so unimaginable it’s crazy, but just like you said if MJ went to LA(lebron Stans arrive) Kobe most likely doesn’t become the mamba. But in the same breath MJ was out the door so Kobe would’ve had more of an on court coach with phill to literally become MJ 2.0 and Shaw damn near stays with the Phil and MJ mentoring him it would’ve been some shit we couldn’t even fathom Once again much love bro great work on the video

This video gave me chills. Also made me think about Lebron in his early cavs days. If they had built a real championship contender team around Lebron, maybe he wouldve never turned into the 275lb athletic behemoth he was in his Miami days, and wouldve never wanted to go back to Cleveland to give his city arguably his best championship.

The only thing I have against the whole Steph and Giannis duo back then is that Steve Kerr was a major reason Steph became shooter he was today. He implemented the motion offense and introduced a new way of shooting, without that Steph would still be a great traditional point guard, but maybe not the player he is today if Kerr isn't coaching him.
