How to cure hyper hyderation, i don't know i am addicted to drink water every now and then and i drink around 4-5 litres of water every day and if I don't drink water for around 2 hours i immediately feel thirsty

These fools are ruining people life ....u have unsynced ur body and mind ...You just need to do 24 hrs dry fast not drink or eat anything In that period ,,do this for 2-3 week once a week Ur thirst and hunger rhythm will get to normal ur mind will remind u perfectly when u need to hydrate ,,be natural
