You explain it so well! If I want to see the tasks for today is it possible for the Notification Center to just display the tasks? Thanks!

Yes that would be possible, firstly in the to-do list database you would need to add another formula property that pulls through any tasks for today. You can use this formula: if(prop("Today?"), prop("Name"), "") Just make sure all the property names match what I've written for it to work. Then on the notification center database, you can add a rollup property that pulls the data from the to-do list database. Set the 'property' to the new formula property we just set up and 'Calculate' to show original. This should then display all of today's tasks in a list! :)

You'll need to create a Formula property that checks if the date is this week. Here's the formula: formatDate(prop("Date"), "W") == formatDate(now(), "W") You can then use this property like we did in the video with the Today checkbox to add it into the notification center. :)

Amazing video and extremely helpful, thank you! But I just have one question, is it possible to remove a task from the notification center once I marked it as "Complete". For example, in the notification center says "You have 3 tasks due today" but I finished one so I mark it as "Complete" on the task database, and I want the notification center to say "You have 2 tasks due today" afterward. Is it possible?

Yes you could do that by amending the formulas that checks if the task is due today. You'd just want to add a if() statement in there to say if the status is not complete.

You may need to replace the word 'Done' with whatever text you used for the complete status. if( and( formatDate(prop("Date"), "MMMM D, Y") == formatDate(now(), "MMMM D, Y"), (prop("Status")!="Done")), true, false)

It won't unfortunately. Currently it's not possible to do that on Notion, hopefully something they add in the future :)
