Chris, Mark, and evening Smokey have really flat feet.
@kaleljudah64175 жыл бұрын
Chris has flat feet, bell has a big arch in his foot. Lets just ask Tom Platz what he thinks.
@sweetcheex5 жыл бұрын
With no disrespect meant cause I love Platz, he also hasn't squatted 900+ for reps. Duffin has only days ago. Find what you like but I think feet are important and it makes sense to keep power and stability they need to be touching the ground.
@kaleljudah64175 жыл бұрын
@@sweetcheex Tom Platz squated 525 for 23 reps and can do 900lb squats, Tom is a pro bodybuilder. Tom platz is the king of legs besides Paul Demeo (quadzilla).
@nickw67344 жыл бұрын
Both are completely different training focuses. I'm sure platz could have hit close to 900 if he gave a fuck about it. In knee wraps and whatever compression he has on his quads it would've been entirely possible. Being at such a low bf % plays a huge role in strength too. Chris is a beast and one of the pioneers of PL, but comparing him to a pro bodybuilder makes no sense. 765 at sub 10% bf is ridiculous at any weight.

Always these "Experts" with their "Tests" this is so stupid yeah he is very capable but every person is diffrent maybe he benefits from this maybe for me this is the worst thing i can do.Claiming to know whats right for everyone is just plain stupid.

Lol an angery snowflake who thinks physics work different for him cause his mommy told him he was so special. If you ever manage to get your head out of your ass then research Chris duffin a bit and the athletes he has coached and tell me if you think his advice only works for him. Or sit in the comfort of critizing one of the best coaches in the world from your room, I won't be bothered.
@wildwilie5 жыл бұрын
@@ghost9935 Its been a consensus for a very long time that keep the weight on the middle of your foot the best for squatting. Its not like he's saying you should or shouldn't squat low bar. What are you going to tell me next? Squatting in sneakers is better then squatting in squat shoes, thin/flat sole or barefoot? Or that you should be able to squat more on a bosu ball?
@ghost99355 жыл бұрын
@@tylerweibel8049 projecting much ?😉 Reading is not youre strong suit is it ? I literally said in my first sentence that he is capable. By the way nice Straw man never said the advice would only work for him.
