Absolutely fantastic run around the garden darren. God it brings back so many memories when i was a barrow boy running over the cobbles delivering fruit n veg back in the good ol days! How much its changed. Last time i was there was back in the eighties when i qued up for twenty six hours for genesis tickets at drury lane theatre!!! Must get off my arse and get back up there soon. I like the sound of a Cognac tasting experience, great gift from Luke and Mia. You will have to tell us more about that. At 8:10 in your vlog, the Remy Martin Extra on the left, I bought my partner a bottle of that as a gift. Long story behind it, but it was the smoothest cognac we had ever tasted. What a lovely video, I stayed in the area for a big birthday . What was even better was going with a friend who had lived and worked in the area. She could take us to really interesting spots and that whisky shop was one. Thanks for this memory.💕❤️

I was there last Saturday:) visited the London transport museum, amazing place, you pay £24 for a 12 month pass so I’ll be visiting again soon. I was walking all around there went under the canopies where the malls are and street performers, amazing. I’m doing my west end theatres at the moment, saw phantom of the opera last Saturday after convent garden, this Saturday got winston Churchill war rooms and back to the future musical, I got that Tina turner musical on 9 March

Hi Darren, I was over there walking along those Covent Garden streets only last week. BTW I stopped off at Paro for a bite to eat, early evening, as per your recommendation - went for the meat thali. It was tasty, but I probably would have preferred a vegetable with the meat instead of the dhal they give. Usually lentils are paired with vegetarian dishes (typically with authentic Indian plates). Service was attentive and good.

Darren - Go in Penhaligons & have a squirt of "The Tragedy of Lord George" ! Lovely stuff (& "Halfeti" for the ladies). It's expensive but lasts & the Mrs & I love it.
