Aysenur, Excellent recipes. I will try this rice. It is interesting that the garlic will last a long time. I noticed that most organic vegetables last longer. Worth buying good products. Thank you for sharing. Have a great day😍💞🐲🌹 (💃🏻🕺🏻💃🏻🕺🏻

I have to try Ekşili pilavi in Spring Siyez was used in old recipes in Bulgaria how interesting that we had similar products have you ever tried Ayran çorbasi with siyez before?
@TFT2 жыл бұрын
Wow that really interesting, so you have name siyez in the book recipes? Never tried but would be nice ayran corbasi with it
@СпасЯнков-э2ч2 жыл бұрын
@@TFT its actually called лимец in Bulgarian we have used it for breads and bulgur was made from it also like you do not only wheat or wheat flour ,in the old cuisine usually this flour was used. Usually with leek it may have some ancient Roman/Byzantine origin maybe you have took this heritage in Turkey too also siyez was cooked with meat like a porridge

Banduma is like yufka sheets with walnuts and boiled chicken i bet the Laz people have made it before Ayşe we use yufka sheets for something like banduma ,we add cheese to it and milk didn't you had Hinkel/ Hingyal from Armenian, Georgian cuisine in Turkey i think Armenians and Lazeti people also have made it in the Ottoman empire it was also Caucasian food haven't you heard of the Azerbaijan version you have so much in common between the two cuisines
@md-dp5bo2 жыл бұрын
no we didnt. and what do you mean by you bet ‘laz people have made it before’? what is the purpose of this comment? and no we dont have hingel because of armenians or georgians, hingel is dish that can be found in the cuisines of various caucasian peoples and also turkish. georgians have ‘khinhali’ which is a type of dumpling they created after seeing it from mongolian soldiers. turkish and azerbaijani hengel is different. you must be one of those people who assume if turks have something, they MUST HAVE gotten it from others.
