Would frozen raspberries (like fruits such as blackberries, blueberries, etc) work? I have a freezer filled with raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, & a pint or so of blackberries I put up from fresh this spring/summer. Instead of freezing plums this year, I decided to make & can plum jam. Of course, I couldn’t help but keep a jar in the fridge, esp with fresh baked bagels in need of some sweetness. ☺️ This Panna Cotta recipe seems to be straight forward enough for me to give it a try. Thank you.
