Wow the first parfait looks incredible. Such attention to detail and creativity is why japan creates some of the best cuisine in the world. You would never find desserts this intricate in the west unless you’re in a VERY expensive and exclusive restaurant. But in japan there are so many amazing hidden gems with chefs that put in so much love into their craft. Thanks to your channel we get to discover these treasures ❤️
