Why did you drill such a large diameter hole? Try a step drill bit, and interference fit the bearing then add JB Weld.

I didn't like dremeling. That for the choice of saw. I holes out the hanger perfectly. But a step drill bit might be an even better choice, thanks for the hint! This big hole howeer makes it very easy to allign.

If you already have a centered hole, you might have a easier time with a reamer or step up bit. I suggest a reamer or a hole saw with a pilot hole bit, it will keep the hole saw centered so it doesn't jump around on you.

Nice work! But I'm a little worried about a tiny amount of material (near the triangle shape technical hole) after drilling. How does it compare with Dont't Trip spherical front truck?

It's not bad. The Poppy of course feels smoother, but it still pumps really well!

Nice! Ich hätte auch das Loch etwas kleiner gemacht und den Kleber z.B. mit einer Spritze vorsichtig eingespritzt, damit es am Ende nicht so unsauber aussieht. Mit einem Dremel kann man den Überstand dann glatt schleifen. Welchen Zweck erfüllt der an den Hanger geklebte Spacer? :)

Hey hab ich 2 mal bei anderen achsen gemacht. eine Bennett eine Paris. Das Wegdremeln ist super nervig. Damit ist der Prozess recht simpel. Ideal ist natürlich ein Standbohrer mit einer richtig ausgerichteten Achse. Aber für Pfuscher wie mich ist das super ;) Der Hanger wurde auf 120 gekürzt, damit hab ich ne saubere Oberfläche. Siehe dazu mein anderes Video ;)
