Microsquirt question , maybe you can help me out , I put a microsquirt on my 94 5.0l sn95 , i have an MSD Digital 6al , the car has no spark when I hook it up to the dizzy , is there a setting I'm over looking to fix this or does it have to be directly wired to the microsquirt ? I'm getting irritated at this whole microsquirt thing and hoping to can point in the right direction , thank you in advance and keep up the good work on the videos they have helped me and my son out a ton!!!

Ronnie, I’ve never ran an msd with microsquirt so I honestly can’t help you when it comes to that. but I can pin this comment in the hopes someone else can help you.

Go on the msextra forum and look it up or post and ask for some advice. Pretty sure microsquirt doesn’t work with a digital 6 but I’m going off memory. I talked to someone at efi source years ago about this when I was researching stand alones. The micro looked promising for short money but is very limited. I recall that not being able to use the digital 6 I had was one reasons I never bought one and stayed with a stock ecu in my Fairmont. I think you can use the old style analog box like a 6al.

I got a Stifflers cross member holding up my Dynamic Racing Mighty Might X6 C4 transmission. But I have there drives haft loop in my garage. Because I couldn't use it. Because I installed a Gear Vendors over drive on my C4. So I installed a Moroso drive shift loop on my Fox. But the Stifflers Cross member and drive shift loop is top notch stuff.

If you have a kid with a rwd car install a cheap safety loop. I dropped the driveshaft out of my 6 cylinder 67 back in the day around 20 mph and got lucky. Had I been going faster it would've been bad and thankfully my dad put one in my blazer........ Because goofing around took that one out too. It doesn't have to be this fancy, my blazer had a piece of strap steel across the frame rails.

I like to build from the tires up. Engine last. You can go faster with good tires, brakes, bearings, gears etc. but you can’t stop fast enough with 600hp and stock brakes

I've busted 2 driveshafts at the front..first time shattered my transmission in 7 places.. second time it dug in on a dirt road lifted my rearend in the sky and busted off in the rearend both times was is a square body chevy truck....now EVERYTHING I have that is rear wheel drive gets a a driveshaft loop unless it comes with 1..not ever going to let it happen again...dangerous and expensive.

The stifflers loop fits if u have a mid pipe (X-pipe/H-pipe) hanger or not. Alot of people I've seen remove the mid pipe hanger, don't think its needed. Stiffer stuff is great.

That's a really nice, easy to install piece but honestly every time Ive seen a drive shaft break in the front it's usually a few inches after the weld so I'm not sure if I would trust this to do its job because of where its located!

I have a 95 Mustang GT 5.0 I have a B 31 Anderson cam GT 40 3 bar cylinder heads 24 pound injectors new springs in the heads. I have a trick flow R series intake manifold has 70 mm throttle body. AODE rebuilt with a shift kit. I’m looking for the right size aluminum driveshaft for it I don’t see how it could be the same I’ve searched and searched if you can let me know also I’m seriously about to buy the moates binary editor and software to be able to tune the car myself if you can get a hold of me that be awesome
