Klaus, as we know from the Diaries, has a track record of crashing other people's parties! And Hayley, as unhappy as she is with her situation, at least accepts it now. The main reason, of course, is Hope - her number 1 priority! Not the pack, not Jackson or Elijah, and Hope.

She wants to keep her distance because it's always dangerous to be around them because of all the enemies they've made, not to mention the BS Klaus had Dahlia do to her last season. However, she CAN'T keep her distance because her daughter is also a Mikelson, which means she needs to know what's going on in order to protect Hope... plus she's still in love with Elijah even though she doesn't want to be.
