Only realized after you beat the underwater lemmy fight: the lava bubbles went down with the lava. That's why the middle one got you twice, because for most of the fight it wouldn't be there and you'd forget about it

When you start up the game there is a playable level in the background. If you choose the “make” option you can start editing it and upload it. Title screen levels are unedited versions of these default levels

When you boot up Mario Maker, the title screen features one of a few pre-made levels that you can play and modify. This is one of the few times Panga isn't saying an inside joke. They are literally the game's title screen levels that people have uploaded, sometimes without even making any changes.
