This kachori is also known as 'Motorsutir Kochuri' in Bengali.. A typical and very favourite dish of Bengali tradition.. It is available more during the winter when the green peas are available in the market.. but some places serve this dish all the year round.. It is available in whole of Bengal, mostly in sweet shops..and is served without onion and garlic.. an authentic veg (niramish) dish..
