Clickbait title but what a fun match. The sort stuff that is missing from Tennis. Attacking, entertaining Tennis with both players playing with so much variety and trying to setup points with attacking play and deception (Not just showboat). 3 sets done in just 100 minutes on clay, one of them tiebreaks. Absolute contrast to the boring Rally to death Tennis played by Djokovic and the next gen players. 3 sets being played over 3 hours, hardly any variety. Players playing not to lose rallies. Rather than going for winners and setting up points with attacking play. That's what makes Roger the greatest.

I'm with the rest of the people who query the framing It wasn't trying to toy with Federer, it wasn't showing a lack of respect It was somebody using his strengths to try and win In the end Federer was too good but if Granollers didn't try and use his drops and his deception and his variety then Federer's almost certainly going to roll over him

Some excellent points from both players but no one toyed with anyone and nothing crazy happened. You won't get any likes or subscriptions by clickbaiting viewers, just call things what they are. "Another masterclass by Federer" would have sufficed and would have been more honest.

He did get under Feds skin though, with his unorthodox recreational style play.. he obviously lacks fitness and agility and also the serve, but he did bring surprise to the court to keep Federer interested

Fedsqaush had lots of success with b players and b tournaments where he won 50% of his titles on the 250/500 circuit..When it came to nadal/djoki over is career he only won 33% of their GS matches which includes GS finals!! 33% is complete failure!! Fed couldn't even beat nadal once at french and lossed on his supposed best surface grass 3 times in a row to djoki Wimbledon finals..
