A fun fact about an alpha is they are the most caring and look after their pack Also I think I could explain the cookie punishment, you call one man fat and the other a quitter unquitter in front of a group, which will make them be embarrassed then you give them a cookie while yelling at them and telling them the others will suffer until you eat it, the one that got called fat may feel horrible as cookies are usually tied to being unhealthy and for the other guy he'll since he was shame for quitting then is given a cookie which is also tied to as a reward he would feel he doesn't deserve that, then to add people suffering while you seem to be rewarded just makes a person feel awkward and ashamed, because you'll probably think to yourself "Why are they suffering while I'm rewarded?
