I’ve been suspecting it’s the tension in my face! If I pull the side of my eyes it’s almost 20/20. Without it I also have -2.75

Just thought about you and your channel today! I've had positive experience with vision improvement by following your method to a point where I could read street name signs in the dark where I cannot currently with my contact lenses. Too bad I did not stick to it due to nature of the job I was doing at the time. Hopefuly, I will be able to dedicate time and effort to put into it, and see the world once again with the naked eyes (not gonna lie, those 100% clear flashes were an experience of its own). Thank you for all your work! Cheers!

Great advice, I watch the sunset from my window every chance I get....exceptwhen its raining. Nothing like watching those colors bleed into one another to relax and unwind.
@ericsilva743010 ай бұрын
Real improvement is actually changing the axial length, which happens with long-term stimulus, more outside time, less minus use, and plus lens usage. This quick improvement you get when relaxing is just less acomodation, better light, or the effect of blinking that compresses your eyes a bit. None of those things fixes the problem permanently. Real improvement You always see better, no matter how stressed you are or if the light is bad, etc, the moment you turn a bit farsighted distance visions is never blur because of myopia.

I have been wearing my glasses as little as possible in the last two years. I often get clear flashes, sometimes they last up to 10 seconds. Whenever I go for a walk I practice my peripheral vision and I make sure to breathe deeply. However my dioptries haven’t went down. Is there something I am missing?

I'm a degenerate I haven't watched the video yet just commenting that I kicked all vision aids such as glasses contacts ect, I have a stigmatism in my left eye and my vision has gotten noticeably better, and I remember the whole time wearing perscription yes it was nice to see with lenses but without them I was blind as a bat, now my vision is actually liveable without any assistance at all, sure it could be better but it's good enough to not bother me like it did when I was in school unable to read the board from the front row
@xxyouphoriaaa1891 Жыл бұрын
idk but I feel being able to see better just after sleep time and yawning is related to the fact that eyes are moist at that time. I mean the vision during these two situations is same as when you put an eye drop.. the vision just after putting the eyedrop is clearer too probably because of the moisture level that is impossible to maintain all the time. I am no doctor but this is just my observation. Also I am confused about that if myopia is caused by tension and can be cured by releasing tension, then how does Lasik surgery work? doctors say that Lasik surgery corrects the distorted shape of eye lens.
@MyopiaIsMental Жыл бұрын
Tears alone does not lead to clear vision. While is is important for our eyes to remain moist, it's the release of tension, i.e. that stinging sensation that tells you the muscles of your eyes are relaxing. When you get a big release of tension and your vision stays clear for hours, you know that tears along can't make you 20/20 if you're at let's say -5. I've had people who said that they've had high myopia and was able to see clearly for a time after having this release of tension. As for Lasik, they cut a sliver of your your lens off and shape it so you can see clearly. The danger of this is that your lens becomes thinner and it will never grow back. Lasik is not a permanent solution and nothing more than a band-aid like wearing glasses. It doesn't fix the root cause. I personally know ten people who have all had Lasik over 5-10 years ago. All of them are either back in glasses or had to go back for another surgery to fix their vision again. This is quite common because the problem of tension was never addressed.

Mark, when I get a yawn that clears up my vision instantly but after sometimes another yawn happen and this process continue on but what is the reason behind that I get so many yawns at the same time
@MyopiaIsMental Жыл бұрын
I believe it's the body's way of trying to get rid of the stress and tension. I've had moments like this after a long day. Again it's not an indication of being tired as I was still able to stay up many hours after this, but with each yawn, I got more relaxed. HTH

Hi Mark, could you please give me some tips to apply while I'm on the PC? I spend a lot of hours on the computer for work and I have high myopia; Even when I enlarge the text a lot, I can't see anything without glasses. What exercise can I do while I'm at the PC? Thank you.

Could the ratio of screens influence the world's view or mental construction? When I used a 540x960 and 256/245 DPI smartphone I felt more comfortable. Now with smartphones that look like tablets, I feel that even to hold the device is uncomfortable and that the eyes don't work together enough. for example, I can feel things more in 3D after using my smartphone with custom resolution and dpi. perhaps is something that Bates said about diamond type/fine print. even a smartphone camera in 680x1280 380dpi shots a better picture and it feels it had a central axis while you move your phone, each wist movement unlock a different perception of the enviroment, its crazy. sad that new trend makes phones bigger and wider, losing the magical stuff. i womdering about freemasons symbols and ancient egypt, bc our minds are governed by shape/symbola, cardial directions, colors and sound, even sound healing like tonning.

is not wearing my glasses damaging my vision or is that good. only using them when i need to (driving, work,)
@MyopiaIsMental Жыл бұрын
That's a question you'll have to figure out for yourself. I only wore my glasses when absolutely needed and found that the more I went without my glasses and changed how I was looking at things, my vision improved until I didn't need glasses anymore.

There are a few people in my Advanced Journey Group that have had Lasik and have been able to improve their eyesight after having to go back to glasses. Sadly Lasik is not a permanent solution as it never addresses the root cause which is tension. I have 5 friends all of which have had Lasik and after 5-10 years they are either back in glasses or had to go back for more surgery. The techniques I talk about do work for Lasik. It will never get you better than 20/20 but it can at least get you back to where you were after your surgery.

I have done active focus for months without my glasses at a far distance. My prescription is -3.75 and -4 I feel like made a huge mistake by not using normalized glasses. What do I do??? And will there be long term consequences
@MyopiaIsMental Жыл бұрын
There is more to vision improvement than active focus. I highly recommend that you go back over all the videos on this channel or go through the free basic journey guide on my website. Just like I say in this video, working on your eye muscles directly is just a small part of vision improvement. Think about it, if yawning alone can make your vision clear up, what else can be the problem with your eyes AND body?
