As a puzzle, it is very clever. As a lock, it isn't so clever anymore. The more you know about locks, the easier it gets. You should send a copy to Lock Picking Lawyer to see what he says. 🤣

It's like the designer spring loaded the locking levers, and removed the spring loading from the locking bar. A neat way to really mess with your head.

If the solution was spinning, it would make it pretty much impossible to open the lock once you attach it to something.

So, the creator took a spring out of the lock and called it a puzzle? That's not a puzzle. It's a broken lock. I have an antique padlock I have to bang because the spring is broken. I am not impressed with this so-called puzzle at all.
