I've been doing a lot of shadow work, and I've been attending extensive therapy for my trauma. I'm not a bad person. I have an extensive background in trauma. I deserve to be healed and not self sabotage myself. I'm learning where these self sabotage behaviors stemmed and how to learn how to reverse them. At some point, they were behaviors to protect myself, but they don't work now. I was dating another Cancer and recently left because they pushed me out so I steped away. I need to focus on my own healing not someone else's.
