3 medium courgettes
Spinach 400g
salt and pepper
Olive oil
1 clove of garlic

Ricotta 200g
Grated Parmesan 50g
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper
🔹
Olive oil
Cherry tomatoes 300g
salt and pepper
Dried oregano
Dried thyme
Grated Parmesan cheese
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for approximately 30-35 minutes (until cooked)
