I asked Rabbit, a moderator, on discord and she said she speculated that they will begin developing islands 2 in December 2024, either way they are still doing islands build contests. which is weird. Truth is that in the 5 islands discord servers I've been to, all of them shut down or are no longer continuing to play/talk about islands

You could make an oil farm or a mechanism to generate a lot of oil, the truth is it is very necessary for my bronze network farm and other farms that involve oil, since I have an oil farm but it does not generate anything and the tanks are very empty. oil farms are really expensive and does not really make a difference, i used to have 1 and it only does well pushing out barrels but farm wise it cost a lot to make pipes especially with steel ingots being highly demanded/hoarded

​@@kdengtr2284 Money is not a problem for me, the truth is that petrolium is much better since it is 1.3x times faster than coal and instead of producing copper every 5 seconds it produces it every 4 seconds, it is a big difference and as I said I I could spend billions doing it and there is no problem since it is profitable in the long term since you recover all the money by selling red bronze.

1 Oil deposit does not produce enough oil fast enough to power all of the deposits, so its really not worth doing this unless you have a separate oil farm on a different account running.

i think red bronze is better for $$ because pinapple costs alot to get, like the t2 cratepacker. The seeds. And with the red bronze farm its just if u want SOME stuff t1 like the conveyors u can. Its relies on what you have. AND redbronze sells for 500k rn.

⁠@@THPlayzI made this farm after watching this and visiting kden island. I found I was having a lot of excess copper. I did the math and 1 gold deposit makes enough gold for 15 rb/hr. Each copper is 24/hr. At 8 gold that’s enough for 120 rb/hr and 7 copper makes enough for 168 rb/hr. 9 gold deposits makes enough for 135 rb/hr and 6 copper makes enough for 144 rb/hr. At 6 copper deposits, it should still out produce the gold required unless there are despawn issues 😊
