Of course it will last longer. Southern bbq food is heavy on the spices, and asian food is famous for their herbs and spices, it makes sense for both style of foods.

Moises Hipolito He mixes South-East Asian flavours with Southern flavours, so technically they’re fusion.They look good though, probably attract people who like new kind of flavour. If you season the food well and balanced and cook well, they will taste good. Not authentic but they will taste good. I had Asian flavour in French restaurant, and French flavour in Japanese restaurant, they all tasted very good.
