I agree that this stock will boom, but the main difference is that Chipotle has that small Kitchen footprint and buffet style serving, which lowers Operating costs and serves customers faster.

2023 Portillo's is in TEXAS, with Two Locations in North Dallas. Can't Wait For Portillo's Open in Houston. I was Made in Chicago, IL. (southside)

Great video! I cover Portillo's on my restaurant stocks KZbin channel and I have a slightly different take! PTLO has actually not gained market share in the last 5 years, is loaded with debt, and has been diluting shareholders! Just my $0.02! Thanks for sharing!

I like everything I'm seeing, except the menu. It needs to figure out what it is. Hot dogs, beef, salads, and now Italian? Buy and hold forever. Either bankrupt or boom. .40 current ratio is scary.
