Hearing that first shot at the steel was impressive. From gunshot to impact was almost instant.

It was interesting to see the 900 grain solid that you found on the ground. Sectional density seems quite decent. When you have shown the bullets from the 700 nitro express they look like a larger 45 Acp bullet, with poor sectional density. When a bullet weighs that much, then maybe it doesn’t matter, kind of like a cannon ball. Anyway, it would be interesting to see a penetration test between the two calibers, and maybe have the 4 bore and 577 Tyrannosaur thrown in too. A higher sectional density usually means a higher penetration.

I think it would be cool to do some hydro printing/stamping. There is a guy on here that does it with big black powder rifles but it would be cool to see the big boomers you shoot give it a try.
