Thanks brother man! It’s a fun stove. I’ll be honest.. I didn’t give it the respect it deserved. I’m glad I came back to it. It all find a home with us for more base camp style camping for sure.

Abby-so-loot-lee that is a good cooking with a portable woodfired goodie...steaks looked perfect and makes me wanna cook some dogs and chili now because that's all I got on hand at the moment ... lol

I agree! It does have it uses for sure. I would bring it truck bed camping or car camping. I would also say it would be great at a permanent shelter. Backpacking/hiking or stealth camping is not on the menu for this guy.

I have the same one and is a great stove. Question, did you forget a chair? Why is it these videos often show people without a sitting stool or chair kneeling over cooking? Lol is obvious you’re not backpacking with that stove. I’m hungry now.

I sure do! I have all my old camp stoves This stove is a few years old. I just have only used it twice.. maybe 3 times. It’s a good stove and a lot better than I gave it credit for. Thanks for watching I really appreciate it.

I see there's hardly an smoke so my question is how bad is the soot on the cast iron after using it?

Not much. I gave it a once over and the towel was barely blackened. It’s was a nice clean hot fire. It was actually a cold night as well so I had a little wiggle room with the steaks. I was able to cook them in a super hot flame and not worry about getting them over done. Also, the cast iron spread the head out beautifully. All in all it was a good burn and very minimal wood usage for 5 steaks.
