I never had a proper arcade growing up. The best I had was whatever Pizza Hut and the local grocery store kept in stock. I did have a rich neighbor at one point that had a Ms Pacman and Tron in their basement, but we weren't close and that was just a couple of times.

For us, it was a lot of Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Gauntlet and Missile Command at the local burger place. And it was glorious!

@@GoatForceGaming I got it earlier this morning and am completely in love. I don't care that it has no meta-progression... the aesthetic is so, so good. Feels like I'm back in the 80s playing one of the many vector titles I loved (Star Castle was a big fave!), but with a modern flourish!

I think it's going to be another solid week for sure. We've got this and StormEdge and then I've continued playing Hades 2 and that just continues to get better and better.

It bums me out when I cannot remember the name of an old game I enjoyed. If you consider the fact that many of us have played thousands of games at this point, it's not surprising that we cannot remember the names of all of them. It doesn't make it stink any less, but it's still true! 😂
