The boosters work differently now. Instead of "boosting" the pressure, they're resetting it back to the max that comes from the outlet. So you want your boosters as close to the machinery as possible to get the best effect. Where you have it now it's basically wasted.

just FYI, the filters also protect other filters from taking damage. So, attaching 4 to one pipe takes less space, but they're all using 100% dirty water and taking max damage. Spreading them out over 4 pipes means you only repair the first 2 most of the time, and the later ones take damage progressively slower. After 5 filters, the water is now clean and machines no longer take damage.

There's a mineable area at the bottom of the dwarf mine you can buy. You will especially like it since it is always lit inside so you don't have to deal with a night cycle.

You can also have always daylight if you load your save in creative mode, get the hourglass from the first store near starter plot, set it down in your plot, save and go to menu, load your save without creative, and you can control or pause time using the hourglass but still be in normal "not-creative" mode.

The magic number of filters is 5 for 100% protection. If you feel nostalgic for the old days when your truck would fly off into space, hold space and W ;) Just fyi, you can't effectively mix and match pipe types. If you use the cloutium intake on iron, the iron won't take the extra pressure and it'll bleed off the extra You can put multiple filters on the same pipe, but once you setup an auto-repair loop, the hurler *has* to point directly at the face with the filter so you'll need to filter on separate pipes.

The hand sorter needs some work. But you do get used to it and learn the angles that it shoots things out. I put windows to each side to hold the bucket better and keep stray resources from flying off into space.

I think those glowing crystals can be smelted into ingots in the furnace/Crucible. also sort out gemstones and rare resources like Cloutium. keep those on hand and smelt them into ingots for later use. if yer' gunna upgrade, you might as well do it right and get the good stuff.

um Z if you read the description on the new tiered filter you'll see the % of impurities removed from the water PER FILTER so in the old build the basic filter removed 20% so 5 filter was the go to until you got up to the powered filter witch was 100% so yeah little reading dude to see how many filters your gonna need, cause I've a feeling your stuffs still taking damage.

The lack of an inventory system is the reason the game exist at all. The dev wanted to try and make a game without inventory or a hud. He chose mining as the game to do it in. The only thing that gets really tedious is the money honestly, especially at the start 😅

Yeah, the Hand-Sorter is not really a "sort by Hand with a full bucket" but instead the T0 of sorting automatically by tricking in from the harvester. Personally, once I found that out, I trashed it again because I just immediately went to update my system to use conveyors after. So the Hand Sorter was particularly useless for me other than making a mess of everything...

I highly recommend the rake, it make terrain modification SO MUCH easier! I’ve made a massive underground base using it, it’s much better than the t2 pickaxe and shovel!

I'm happy you like the rake, it's not for me as I find it tedious, annoying and not even close to be worth any value, especially since you must use the pick first. I highly recommend to NOT use the rake it's much easier and faster to just use the pick or explosives and lay blocks where you want a flat area.
