Little fun fact about this song: A lot of people interpret this song as a breakup/revenge song, but Dorothy has explained that this song was more a message about "Burying her demons," more than likely her former battle with alcoholism and then rising up as the human she is meant to be. Still one of my favorite songs she's put out! 🤘

And definetly has a deeper meaning that way. I don't knew that, and for me i felt the song that way. And it's even more powerfull. 🤘

That's the beauty of music: it can have different meanings to different people, and they'll all be equally valid. All of those people will agree it's a damn good song though.

This song hit home for me, I had abusive family and an abusive ex-husband. Sometimes you have to leave people behind to move forward in life.

Dorothy herself, is Romanian by birth. I’ve been following her for the past couple of years after hearing her first track, Flawless. I was hooked. Such energy, emotion and angst.

Every time I listen to this song, I imagine myself dancing on my abusive ex's grave. (He's still alive, but I can still dance on his grave in my mind.) The things he did to me happened over a decade ago and they still haunt me from time to time, but when I listen to this song, I feel empowered and let it give me images that remind me he is no longer in my life. I have an amazing husband now, who knows everything that happened between me and my ex, and is a miracle in my life. I have related to many songs over the few decades I have lived so far, but this is the only one I can think of that makes me think of how I was finally able to get out away from my abuser.

Yeah, she is fire! I saw her on her first tour after releasing her debut album, she opened for Halestorm and 2nd billed Lita Ford, those women killed that night. Her first album is RockIsDead, you need to hear it and her last 2 albums, 28 Days in the Valley and Gifts from the Holy Ghost. She kicks butt every time, evolving her hard hitting sound. She is dope, do more Dorothy, try the official video for Who Do You Love, another banger. Enjoy! 🎵🎸🎤🎶

I have been watching you two beautiful people for about a year now I watch quite a a bit of reaction channels all the time but I watch you guys over and over again you make me so happy and some times I cry. I never thought about joining any of the reaction channels until a couple of days ago when I joined to become a member of your channel. I don't know why it took me so long but I'm so grateful I did.

From what Ive read, I presume this song is about her breaking free from her past addiction. I discovered her music a couple months ago and wish I heard of her sooner. She's just b@d@$$! Her vocals are strong, controlled and they speak volumes.

Too sinister for me to like this song. Dorothy does have a good voice, however.

She has an amazing voice, but I really don't like this song. The words are too violent. There are many other "put him the ground" type songs out there like by the Dixie Chicks and Carrie Underwood, and others, but this one takes it just a little too far, I think. But she is undeniably a really great talent.
