I love the design on this set. Scaling down as the group size increases is exactly the type of design I want to see more. The role compression is fantastic also. It also stacks with Powerful Assault and Transmuation as well, so in 7-12 man groups it still powerful. BUT, I could see a 20% decrease in the values of this set before it goes live, and I think it would be reasonable to tune it down if it does start overperforming. You could even drop the base crit resistance it gives down closer to 1000 and reduce the scaling penalty on the crit resist only. Otherwise, I love this type of group set design, and I hope to see more of it in the future.

The most impressive thing about this set though is that it finally makes very good use of the Battle Spirit in gearwise, also scaling with group size. We need more like these.

Imho something like this (weaker sets, abilities passives etc) scaling with group size should be added to battle spirit, so that pretty much "all thing" would be a % value weaker the larger the group is. Imho it is the only way to balance out solo / small scale / ball group in a mixed environment without MM, that Cyro is.

Somehow I just don't see how it's so good? I can get way more damage or better defense. But my main confusion is critical healing as the trigger. I swap to my backbar, hit a Hot, swap back. Who is running high enough crit chance? Feels like everyone is imagining it he set is always on

This is the direction zenimax MUST go with pvp sets. Specify battle spirit, reduce stats with more group members, and also provide pvp players an option to not run impen (by providing it as a secondary) which has really been the only option for god knows how many years, thus opening up more flexibility. Couldn't praise the designer of this set enough, I saw and added it to my must have pvp sets the instant it was revealed. Personally, its non group values unfortunately need to be reduced. It is Julianos and transmutation in one, without any loss of either stat.

Great set but 20%-25% for the group is a little too much IMO. I hope they tone down the crit resist. This will definitely slow down bgs, which is the most lag free form of PVP atm. I want to see deaths in bgs, not stalemates.

If we want to get the proc from HoT, do we just need to have a the 5 piece active when casting the heal ? Or do we need to have it active when we get the crit heal ?

I mean, yeah. There's a lot of overtuned things in the game. Some of the gank sets were adjusted though. Work in progress

I mean.... how else would ganking be part of the game tho? It's a fun aspect I think. "you snooze you lose"..... Nightblades can one-shot with or without procs. Unless we just remove the whole nightblade class.

I think it's more of a lag issue than caluurions. I think caluurions is fine because its dodgeable and predictable. Most Pvp'ers only ever die to caluurions because of break free into roll dodge delays... or just being afk, hence "you snooze, you lose". If I know a ganker is coming for me and I am killed... I would blame my reaction.
