I think it's important to note that Itadori is set up as a character who has DOMINATED his peers physically basically since birth, which further reinforces his breakdown. Also pointing out that the special curse hit Itadori through REINFORCED concrete like it was nothing after last week's line about how Itadori implying that if the wall's concrete had been reinforced it could've hurt.

I can't wait for you to finish this season so you can start season 2 in July. You'll really enjoy it. I've been watching anime for around 22 years now, and I'm a big 90s anime fan, early 2000s as well, lately while there are anime I like, there's not really one that I really, really loved. I don't like KNY, I don't like SNK, I enjoy BNHA but I mainly watch and read it for 2 characters, I've been mainly enjoying sports anime. (I also read more manga than I watch anime nowadays). JJK grabbed me instantly since the very first episode, and I'm currently reading the manga, idk why but this story truly truly hooked me. JJK is my favorite new age anime and manga, I really love the characters and the story.

SO- I'm an artist, I'm a very very visual person, and I hate SNK's style, it's not bad, it just isn't my style, and if I can't watch something bcs it looks ugly to me, then I won't be able to concentrate on anything else, which is also why I've never really been a fan of western cartoons and always preferred anime, bcs of the visuals. However, SNK as a story is great, it's just I can't get down with the visual style.

If you guys decide to branch out from the action anime at some point, I'd recommend checking out "My Star" when it fully releases, at first it seems like a typical idol anime, but it gets really good at the end of episode one. It could also help diversify Canon and Carters taste for anime, and get them to want to watch more. If not, the content's still great, keep it up!
