Per proper planning standards in Educational planning SDG 4 and local regulations , It is mandatory that every high school has a functional counselling and guidance unit to look at such issues.. I know most high schools have it, there's the presence but most are dormant...so the GES must strengthen the capacity( in terms of resources; human, capital and remunerate them well etc ) of these units in all schools !!

We've called it LOVERS BENCH ever since. I came to meet this name since 2008. First time hearing it's now LEISURE BENCH. Hmmm #UPSHS

Not bad... A few comments tho. 1. You cannot confer upon any member of schools and colleges Cadet corps, the rank of a general. This is wrong and urge the exuberant school cadet corps to contact the Central Regional Cadet HQ for orientation. 2. The head boys prefect, is not the head of the institution and so also cannot confer upon himself, "the commander-in-chief" of the school Cadet corps. That role is reserved for the head of the school and even so the proper title will be commandant. 3. The Cadet corps is modelled after the proud and professional Ghana Armed Forces and so no school and college Cadet corps can or should never be termed as stronger than the GAF. (I know he meant it as a joke) 4. You cannot only salute, when in uniform and wearing a headdress.
