Notice that all underpasses are along Ayala Avenue or around Ayala Triangle, this gives us an idea na sa mga lugar na under lamang ni Ayala ang mga ito dahil in partnership ito with Makati government at ni Ayala. Sadly, itong parte ng Makati Avenue ay labas na sa development ni Ayala kay mapapansin din na hindi maganda ang sidewalks dito.
