We are low on GP so it's time to make some money! There are plenty of ways to do so - we're going to use a method that needs us to unlock Ancient Magics. That means it's time for Desert Treasure, one of the most iconic quests in all of Runescape! As usual, we manage to weave in a few other quests, achievement diaries, a collection log and some skill levels along the way.

BRUHSailor Ironman Guide: bit.ly/3jvbYoa
Hey everyone, welcome to my channel. I've been playing Old School Runescape for years and I'm looking for a new challenge...so I'm making an Ironman!
The goal is to do all kinds of skilling, PVM, bossing and collection log completionist content to experience more of the game and build the best maxed ironman that I can.
This ironman series is to document my journey and hopefully have some awesome moments to look back on in the future to see how much progress I've made.
If you want to tag along then welcome! Pleasure to have you and I hope you enjoy.
Have a good one!

You get a fat stack of gold, and I get a fat stack of content. What a blessed day. Thanks for sharing :)! I dont like doing any of the quests, but I love some of the dialogue. The troll series comes to mind as one of the better written ones.

My favorite quest was always The Chosen Commander. I love Zanik and wish that quest was in old school. I'd say also Dimension of Disaster. It's an RS3 quest set in an alternate reality following the Curse of Arrav. RS3 really does have some fantastic quests.

Thanks for these vids, just started my Ironman after only ever getting to midgame in normal, found Ironman much more meaningful and actually feel like I'm learning mechanics in the game rather than minmaxing gold & buying everything from the GE.This series has helped give me some direction. I'm skipping winterdotd however and any other super long grind until it's absolutely necessary, so it's a lil harder for me.
@juicybeetosrs
@juicybeetosrs Жыл бұрын
Hey mate, glad you're enjoying the vids and finding some benefit from them. Welcome to the ironman life! I definitely agree it helps learning the game better. I've played Runescape for a long time but always a main. Playing through as an ironman there's just so much more to look out for that you would normally gloss over. That's the best way to go about it - if you don't feel like a particular grind (i.e Wintertodt) then don't do it. At the end of the day it's a game and there's no right way to play so long as you're having fun. Thanks for sharing your experience so far, hopefully it keeps going well for you! And thanks again for checking out the vid :)

Thanks for showing us that gravestone method, really interesting mechanic with the looting bag. P.S. i use ferox enclave which is a bit longer than pavlov tele but does the trick. also, if you get poisoned, you can still complete the trip easily by doing it manually: hold space bar the entire time, and cast the spell on the obelisk every time you see the exp drop, this can also be done to speed up your trips in general, although I prefer the bit of afk time. If you are staring at your character anyways, then do this!

Pretty interesting idea with the orbs, how many more / hour can you make this way you reccon?
@juicybeetosrs
@juicybeetosrs Жыл бұрын
Yea it's pretty handy, I know later on you can do it even easier if you have the Edgeville respawn but that costs 5m gp itself. I timed one full set (52 orbs) and it took me about 4.5mins manually casting Charge Orb, so around ~700 orbs/hr. That was early and my banking was clunky while learning, so you can definitely go a bit faster than that. It should roughly work out to be a bit less than double the orbs/hour compared to normal since you're halving the trips to the obelisk.
