I think it's something we all do but it becomes a subconscious thing. Then we never think about it. So we don't think to teach it or explain it. It's great when people do talk about these things cause not everyone picks up on them through just rolling.

Kuzushi...it's what takes uke's balance and makes throw, sweeps etc. easier. 1st thing you learn after ukemi. 👍🥋

Yeah it’s such a huge concept I guess I always thought it was just about balance but in this case I feel you can use it for all sorts of subs and transitions on top of off balancing for sweep

I'm a 2-stripe white belt and i struggle with my sweeps and sometimes getting into set up positions so i tried to bait weight transfers but it wasn't as effective as i thought. but this is going to change the game for me. Thank you.
